Vijana Jasiri Rite of Passage

Raising Grounded, Courageous Young Men for a Global World

A guided rite of passage for boys aged 12–16, designed to help them grow in identity, character, and responsibility. Rooted in faith and delivered through trusted mentorship, this journey supports both boys and parents during a pivotal stage of life.

A Rite of Passage for a Changing World

Vijana Jasiri—Swahili for Brave Youth—is AENI International’s flagship Rite of Passage program for boys aged 12–16 years, designed especially for families from international schools in Kenya and across the world. Rooted in timeless biblical values and delivered to international standards, the program intentionally guides boys through a clear, safe, and meaningful transition from boyhood to manhood.

Every year, AENI International partners with parents to restore what modern society has largely lost: a structured, dignified, and mentored crossing into manhood. This is not a camp for entertainment—it is a carefully designed formative journey.

In July 2026, we proudly initiate the International Generation of Vijana Jasiri young men. Your son is invited to be part of this growing global legacy.

Our Formation Framework –
The Four Pillars (4Cs)

Every Vijana Jasiri experience is anchored in four carefully integrated pillars. We do not merely teach boys, we form young men.

Christ – Identity and Foundation

We anchor manhood in a personal, authentic relationship with Jesus Christ. Faith is presented not as ritual, but as identity; shaping values, decisions, and purpose in a complex world.

Character – Integrity in Action

Through challenge, reflection, and accountability, boys develop courage, self-discipline, honesty, responsibility, and resilience – virtues required for leadership in any culture.

Community – Brotherhood and Belonging

Manhood is affirmed in community. Boys are formed within intentional peer brotherhood, supported by trained mentors and engaged parents—restoring the “village” every boy needs.

Crossing – A Marked Transition

We intentionally restore the rite of passage. The crossing from boyhood to manhood is named, witnessed, celebrated, and sealed, giving boys clarity they will carry for life.

Why Parents Choose Vijana Jasiri

Families from international and multicultural contexts choose Vijana Jasiri because it offers depth, clarity, and care during a critical stage of a boy’s life.

Beyond the Camp:

The Cut-to-Identity (Cut-to-ID) Journey

The Rite of Passage is the beginning—not the end.

All graduates are invited into the Cut-to-Identity Program, a structured two-year mentorship pathway supporting boys through their formative secondary school years.

This phase focuses on:

  • Brotherhood Hike & Bonding Experience

  • Academic purpose and discipline

  • Faith formation and values

  • Leadership and service

  • Life skills for a global context

Through periodic boot camps, mentoring check-ins, and community engagement, we ensure that the transformation sparked at the rite is sustained and lived out.

A Global Standard, Rooted in Timeless Values

Vijana Jasiri brings together the depth of African rites of passage, the clarity of biblical manhood, and the professionalism expected by international families.

This is formation for life.
