AENI December Bootcamp:

The AENI December Bootcamp 2024 was more than just an event—it was a journey of discovery, growth, and empowerment for professionals and aspiring leaders from across Africa. The bootcamp brought together a diverse group of individuals determined to redefine their leadership potential and contribute to meaningful change in their communities.

Hosted from 6th and 7th December 2024 at Nairobi Baptist Bible College, the bootcamp opened with a keynote address by Prof. Martin Njoroge, setting the tone for the two-day event. “Mentorship is about the impact you create and the lives you transform,” the speaker emphasized, a sentiment that resonated throughout the sessions.

A Weekend of Learning and Connection

Participants immersed themselves in hands-on workshops, interactive panel discussions, and networking activities designed to spark innovation and personal growth. The sessions covered a wide array of topics, from academic excellence, spiritual formation, relationships, leadership and personal branding.

One highlight was a workshop on personal branding led by Nomalanga Sithole, who challenged participants to see themselves as valuable brands. “Your personal brand is your promise to the world.
